Return Policy

Perry's Estate Jewelry TV will gladly offer you a refund of your purchase price on any item returned to us in its original, unaltered condition within 10 days from the date you receive the shipment. Any item that has been sized, set, unset or modified by the customer in any way is non-returnable. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable. Buyer pays return shipping and insurance charges. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All items with tag(s) marked as NON RETURNABLE IF TAG IS REMOVED must have all tag(s) attached to the item(s) in order to be refunded.

You will also need to include your invoice with your return.

All returns require a Return Authorization: To return an item, call 866-PEJ-2045 toll free to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). Please write this number on the package where it is visible. Customer service is available Monday through Friday from 9AM - 5PM and during our live shows.

Ring Sizing

Perry's Estate Jewelry specializes in Vintage, Antique and Estate jewelry. Most items are one-of-a-kind. The original size of our rings will vary. Please inquire of the size of the ring you are purchasing when ordering. We will size your ring up to three sizes larger or smaller for a flat fee of $25 per item. Please allow an additional five business days for sizing or alterations to your purchase. Please note that any alterations or sizing voids the return policy.
